SMTP channel templates

Default Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) channel templates provide a starting point for setting up notifications on the various channels. You can reference them as target channels in Notification Rule or Heartbeat Trigger objects to provide event responses, or you can use them as a guide to create your own Channel templates. Default Channel Templates
Template	Description
Email to Consumer (SMTP)	A set of templates that manage email notifications to the contacts assigned to the applications that consume the target certificate. This channel is used to provide notification for certificate expiration events.
Email to Grant Owner - Grant Expired (SMTP)	A template that manages email notifications to the users whose OAuth grants have expired.
Email to Issued To - Certificate Ready to Download (SMTP)	A template that manages email notifications to users who have certificates issued to them, and those certificates are ready to download.
Email to Owner (SMTP)	A set of templates that manage email notifications to the certificate owner. This channel is used to provide notification for certificate expiration, enrollment, and workflow events.
Email to Parent (SMTP)	A template that manages email notifications to the contacts assigned to the target certificate parent object. This channel is used to provide notification for certificate expiration and Discovery survey events.
Email to System Administrator (SMTP)	A set of templates that manage email notifications the local master administrator account (Admin). The local master administrator account is created during installation. You must configure an email address for this account in order for this Channel object to work. This channel is used to provide notification for critical system events such as a notification channel failure.
Email to Ticket Approver (SMTP)	A template that manages email notifications for an approval request to a workflow ticket approver. This channel provides workflow approval request notifications.
