Updating the latest patch

Updates to a quarterly release of Trust Protection Platform are called patches. Any patches released for 23.1 will have a version of 23.1.x, where x is a number greater than 0.

As of 20.4, upgrading to a patched version is the same all other upgrades:

• Download the patch.

  The patch is an .msi file. On the download page, you will see the quarterly release, and the latest patch. Since patches are cumulative, you only need the most recent one.

• Upgrade using Upgrading Venafi Platform 23.1.x .

  You can use any of the supported upgrade methods including:

  • In place rolling upgrade

  • Replace rolling upgrades

  • Offline upgrade
