Amazon Web Services (AWS)—Overview

The Amazon Web Services (AWS) secure cloud services platform provides computing power, database storage, content delivery and other functionality that helps businesses scale and grow. Several AWS features utilize certificates to secure communications between AWS and clients.

Venafi Trust Protection Platform™ supports traditional provisioning of certificates and keys to three of the more popular AWS features:

• Elastic Load Balancing (both Application [ALB] and Classic [ELB])
• CloudFront
• IAM

Alternatively, Trust Protection Platform supports the use of certificates issued by the Amazon Certificate Manager for ALB, ELB, CloudFront, and IAM. To learn more, visit the following URLs:
